We are excited to add a new position to support our growing team and expanding operations. We are looking for an energetic, positive, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to contribute wherever needed. This provides additional support across multiple corporate entities, divisions, and departments.

This position will assist with a variety of office and accounting functions, including but not limited to customer relations and sales support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and material management. The ideal candidate will have prior office and accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple departments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general ledger support
  • Process vendor invoices, verify approvals, and prepare payments in a timely manner
  • Generate customer invoices, apply payments, and monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances
  • Reconcile credit card statements and other accounts as necessary
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain and organize accounting files, records, and support documentation
  • Assist with account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account discrepancies
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial data for management review
  • Assist with budgeting, audits, and other financial reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve accounting and billing issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Associate's degree or higher in accounting preferred
  • Basic analytical business math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 1-2 years office and customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Preferred ERP accounting software experience
  • Ability to organize, adapt, and work in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrate high motivation as a self starter who can work independently to manage workload
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette; use multi-line phone system.
