About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Senior Accountant to join our team. In this versatile role, you will wear multiple hats—combining hands-on accounting, payments processing, and billing. Serving as a crucial link in our finance operations for a dedicated business site within a larger corporate group, you will manage day-to-day accounting and finance tasks in a fast-paced environment while driving process efficiency across modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Accounting & Bank Reconciliations:
Perform daily accounting entries, balance account verifications, and conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy. - Payments & Cash Flow:
Execute outgoing vendor/supplier payments, manage payment schedules, and handle expense workflow verifications. - Billing:
Manage customer invoicing, monitor receivables, track outstanding balances, and work with our financial operations team surrounding collections efforts. - Other Accounting and Reporting Tasks:
Work closely with the Controller and broader accounting/finance team on month-end closing tasks, ad-hoc financial reporting, and analytical assignments. - Contract & Data Management:
Accurate entry and maintenance of customer contracts, billing terms, and financial data in our internal systems. - Multi-Platform Management:
Utilize and navigate modern software platforms daily to streamline workflows and maintain precise record-keeping.
- Work Experience:
Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles. - Systems
Experience:
Proficiency with Net Suite and/or Quick Books is preferred. - Tech-Savvy & Adaptability:
Comfortable working across diverse platforms, with a fast-learning mindset to adopt AI tools and new technologies to optimize workflows. - Ownership Mindset:
Strong sense of initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication. - Language
Skills:
Proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew is not required but a plus (for collaboration with Israeli teams)
