North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused professional to join Enrollment Services as an
Admissions Specialist . This position plays a vital role in supporting students through the admissions and enrollment process while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student records and institutional systems.
The Admissions Specialist coordinates and processes admissionsapplications and documentation, supports selective and international admissions processes, evaluates residency appeals,and maintains accurate records within the college’s ERP and CRMsystems. This role collaborates closely with academic departments,Enrollment Services staff, and the business office to support efficient enrollment operations, data integrity, and student success. Responsibilities also include training staff on admissionsprocedures, maintaining office documentation, supporting institutional enrollment initiatives, and providing exceptional service to students and campus partners.

Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential information, and confidence working with complex systems, policies,and student records. Associate’s degree and twoyears of full-time equivalent related experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting pay range: $20.01 - $23.01

Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
