Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Team Lead | Superintendent role located in Coeur d'Alene,
Team Lead | Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing a small team on construction sites, leading by example, and ensuring high quality standards are met. This will be a "bags-on" position for someone who can lead from the front. From framing to finish carpentry
-each day is a new challenge in the world of custom building.
- Carpentry, Problem Solving, and Leadership skills
- Knowledge of building methods and best practices
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Experience with construction projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of how to efficiently run a job site.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Substantial construction experience required.
Pay for this position starts between $28 and $45 an hour. The right candidate will be provided a company truck. Potential for bonuses based on performance.
