Construction Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Foreman to lead our job site operations. The Foreman will oversee day‑to‑day activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Team Supervision and Leadership:
Manage and supervise the work of construction laborers, subcontractors, and tradespeople on‑site, ensuring efficient and high‑quality work performance. - Worksite Organization:
Ensure the job site is organized, clean, and free of hazards. Maintain proper material storage and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition. - Schedule Management:
Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule. Communicate any delays or issues to the superintendent and project manager and suggest solutions. - Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of work being performed to ensure compliance with blueprints, project specifications, and safety standards. Correct any deficiencies or errors promptly. - Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols. Conduct daily safety briefings, identify potential hazards, and ensure that all workers use personal protective equipment (PPE). Inform superintendent of any changes or deviations from assigned tasks prior to making changes aside from eminent safety hazards or violations. - Material and Equipment Management:
Ensure that materials and equipment are available, properly stored, and utilized efficiently. Coordinate with the project manager to order supplies as needed. Have basic personal tools available for your use. - Communication:
Act as the point of contact for subcontractors, crew members, and the superintendent. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate daily & weekly tasks with Superintendent. Coordinate lunch and day breaks with Superintendent. - Problem‑Solving:
Address any issues that arise on‑site, whether related to work quality, scheduling, or safety concerns. Quickly resolve problems to minimize disruptions to the project. - Documentation:
Assist in the maintenance of daily logs of site activities, labor hours, and materials used. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including safety audits, equipment inspections, time sheets, and work progress reports. - Training and Development:
Provide on‑the‑job training to less experienced workers, ensuring that team members adhere to best practices and safety standards.
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work EnvironmentConstruction sites present a physically demanding and potentially hazardous work environment, characterized by outdoor work, exposure to various weather conditions, and potential for accidents and injuries. Workers are often exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, noise, and other environmental hazards.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb and squat for extended periods.
