Overview
LaRiviere Inc. is a busy construction firm and is hiring dedicated construction laborers to join our team. This role is located in the Coeur d Alene, Idaho / Spokane, Washington region. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, loading and unloading heavy materials, and following directions from supervisors and other skilled tradespeople. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker.

Construction Laborer Responsibilities- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Set up and take down temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Assist craft workers.
- Be ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
Must be comfortable and physically capable of working in outdoor conditions and performing manual labor tasks. Dependability and a strong work ethic are expected. All skill levels are welcome to apply. Pay will be based on experience level and work history.
Job requires manual labor that may include shoveling, using various hand tools, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, and working in all temperatures.
