Lake City Academy is excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated educator to our thriving teaching community. The school is seeking a 5th grade classroom teacher for the  school year. Nestled in the breathtaking Pacific Northwest, our school is surrounded by stunning lakes, rivers, and mountains, offering endless opportunities for outdoor adventure and inspiration.

As a 5th grade homeroom teacher, you’ll be joining a dynamic and diverse team of experienced educators in our state-of-the-art classrooms that are designed for 21st-century learning, creating an environment where both students and teachers can thrive.

• Serve as a 5th grade homeroom teacher and contribute to a dynamic teaching team.
• Engage students through Christ-centered instruction aligned with the school’s mission.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment that supports 21st-century learning.
• Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers to support student growth.
• Communicate with families and participate in school events as required.

• Must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good and regular standing.
• At least a bachelor’s degree and denominational certification or willingness to pursue it.
• Legal right to work and reside in the United States; ability to provide evidence of such.

Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policies.
