Energy Manager

• Qualification: Passed Energy Manager Exam conducted by BEE.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Energy Conservation activities in Industrial Plants.

The candidate should have experience in Site Data Collection required for Energy audits of Industrial Plants and commercial buildings. Hands on Experience in preparation of Draft Reports and presentation.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer with expertise in various electrical components, wiring systems, circuitry, and distribution boards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in conducting site surveys, understanding client requirements, and preparing detailed technical specifications and Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for costing and estimation purposes.

• Conduct thorough site surveys to assess electrical requirements and ensure alignment with client specifications.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of electrical components, including wiring types, cable sizes, and distribution boards, to design efficient and reliable electrical systems.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ) with detailed technical specifications, considering client needs and project constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the costing and estimation team to provide precise project estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate effectively with clients to address queries, discuss project scope changes, and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
• Oversee site management and supervision activities, including handling labor contractors and managing manpower efficiently.
• Demonstrate expertise in electrical panel systems, including Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC), Motor Control Center (MCC), and Power Control Center (PCC) panels.
• Determine appropriate sizes of Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) based on current capacity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving any electrical engineering issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a project management role; strong understanding of electrical principles, components, and systems; excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software; effective communication and interpersonal skills; detail‑oriented approach; ability to work independently and as part of a team; familiarity with NEC, IEC, and IEEE; flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours.
