Professional Electrical Engineer

J-U-B Engineers, Inc. () seeks a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer to lead design and project management for community infrastructure across the Inland Northwest and Intermountain West. In this employee-owned, collaborative firm, you will deliver electrical systems for transportation, water, wastewater, aviation, and municipal projects. Responsibilities include leading electrical design, managing scope, schedule, and budget, preparing plans and specifications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring code-compliant, high-quality solutions that serve communities for the long term.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for transportation, water, wastewater, aviation, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Serve as project manager overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams, subconsultants, and client representatives.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform engineering analyses, calculations, and cost estimates for project alternatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
• Support business development through proposals, client meetings, and presentations.
