Position Overview
Reporting to the VP, Secondary Marketing and Asset Management, this position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Secondary Marketing and Asset Management teams. This role assists with the day-to-day oversight of the business's active loan portfolio and completes loan follow-ups and escalations as needed.
Additionally, this position processes loan maturity extension requests, coordinates construction draw disbursements and assists with portfolio reporting. The position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of asset management activities, while contributing to the overall performance of the loan portfolio.
Core Functions and Responsibilities- Assist in tracking and monitoring loan performance and identifying accounts that require follow-up or escalation.
- Support the review and processing of loan maturity extension requests by gathering necessary documentation and preparing submission materials.
- Coordinate construction draw requests and disbursements, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with loan terms.
- Compile and deliver monthly portfolio reports for internal stakeholders and capital partners.
- Support servicing activities by tracking payments, extensions and borrower communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all asset management activities, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting departmental goals.
- Develop domain knowledge of the business to include an understanding of organizational objectives.
- Develop positive working relationships within the team and across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with policies, processes and practices. Successfully complete all department and company required training.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associates' or Bachelors Degree preferred - 2+ years' experience in mortgage processing or mortgage servicing
- Prior experience with construction draw processes and asset management
- Demonstrated understanding of loan servicing processes and procedures
- Prior experience with loan servicing systems preferred
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Hiring Range: $30.00-$38.00, Hourly Rate, Non-Exempt
Compensation within this range may vary based on each candidate's job-related expertise, skills, and experience. Final offers are determined individually, reflecting the unique qualifications of each candidate.
