Mountain West Bank is seeking a Personal Banker for our Ironwood branch in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting the full retail banking relationship, and supporting teller duties as needed.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with additional Saturday hours. Prior banking experience is preferred and familiarity with MWB products is a plus.
