We are in need of Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists with outpatient experience in evaluation and treatment of pediatric speech disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, apraxia, stuttering, augmentative and alternative communication devices, social communication disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
A speech‑language pathologist (SLP), also known as a speech therapist, assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. They develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with other professionals, and educate patients and families. SLPs work in diverse settings such as schools, hospitals, and private practices.
Master's degree in Speech Pathology required. Certification with the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) required or will obtain upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year. Current State of Idaho Speech Language Pathologist Licensure required or temporary SLP Provisional Permit. Minimum of 1‑year experience with adult and/or pediatric neurologically impaired patient population preferred.
Access Healthcare Job ‑KOH‑131. Pay package is based on 9‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
