Support Finity™ is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician to manage onsite IT functionality across multiple client locations in Idaho. The role combines on-site support with coordination of remote teams and adherence to company standards, delivering reliable service.
You will handle ticketing in Connect Wise, work with In-Telecom remote support for escalations, and coordinate with vendors. Monday–Friday, salaried, with occasional nights and weekends for business-impacting issues.
