• Technical Support Provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Technical Support Manage Service Now tickets within SLA timelines.
• Technical Support Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Technical Support Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• IT Operations in Manufacturing and Lift Environments Address unique IT needs in manufacturing and lift operations settings.
• IT Operations in Manufacturing and Lift Environments Support specialized hardware and software used in industrial environments.
• IT Operations in Manufacturing and Lift Environments Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Network and Server Support Assist in managing LAN, wireless networks, and server infrastructure.
• Network and Server Support Troubleshoot network and server outages, escalating as needed.
• Network and Server Support Ensure proper setup and connectivity of devices.
• Network and Server Support Collaborate on cybersecurity measures, including updates and patches.
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate asset records and service request documentation using Service Now.
• Documentation and Reporting Create user guides and FAQs for self-service solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting Generate reports on ticket resolutions, system performance, and project progress.

• Technical Skills Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging and deployment.
• Technical Skills Experience with Service Now for ticketing and ITSM processes.
• Technical Skills Understanding of network basics, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills Familiarity with IT systems in manufacturing environments.
• Experience 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience Experience supporting lift operations or industrial machinery is a plus.
• Other Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Other Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Other Competencies Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Other Competencies Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus.
