• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs
• Assess and assign all open events for vehicle service
• Verify authorization for dispatching service requests
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and communicate estimated arrival times to customers
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (dispatching for breakdowns or maintenance of medium to heavy‑duy vehicles)
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy‑duy vehicle dispatching and multitasking abilities
• Alternative qualifications may include any degree/certification beyond a high school diploma or 5 years of relevant experience
• Availability to work varied shifts in a 24/7/365 environment

• Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
