Quality Technician I!

Join our Quality team as a Quality Technician I, where you’ll combine your detective skills, documentation superpowers, and hands‑on inspection abilities to help us deliver top‑tier products every single day.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
Be the Dock Audit Detective
- Inspect molded parts with precision and purpose
- Verify documentation and make sure everything checks out
- Lift, move, and handle materials (up to 50 lbs) while keeping quality top of mind
Master of Documentation (a.k.a. The Organized One)
- Create and maintain Standard Work Instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing plans
- Manage files, track revisions, and keep records crisp, clean, and audit‑ready
- Maintain training records and update the training matrix — you’ll be the keeper of who’s trained on what!
Quality Support Superstar
- Accurately record inspection and audit results
- Support First Article Inspections (FAIs) and basic receiving inspections
- Help maintain SDS files and perform calibration verifications
- Assist on special projects for the Quality Manager (variety keeps things fun!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Basic math skills (fractions & decimals don’t scare you!)
- Familiarity with measurement tools and basic inspection equipment
- Confidence using Word & Excel
- Willingness to learn IQMS
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and using your hands throughout the day
- Able to lift/move/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ready to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
- Your work directly contributes to product excellence

1st Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Starting Wage: $18.50 to $24.04 per hour based on experience.
