DescriptionStarting Wage: $17 per hour (depending on experience)
Only 2nd and 3rd shift positions available
Shift Differential (added to base pay): 1st Shift: None 2nd Shift: $1.50 per hour 3rd Shift: $2.00 per hour
This position is responsible for supporting production through the operation of injection molding equipment, finishing and inspection of parts, and assembly of final products. The role ensures adherence to quality standards and safety requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you would be responsible for the following:
- Operate injection molding machines (manual operation)
- Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts
- Inspect parts for basic quality defects
- Assemble final products according to specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects
- Frequently required to bend, twist, reach, and lift
- Occasionally required to climb or balance
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Requires fine motor skills and visual acuity
- Work environment includes moderate noise levels
Personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and hearing protection, is required in designated areas.
