About the role:
We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our primary care team in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, family-centered care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence. You will work collaboratively with physicians, behavioral health providers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, accessible care that addresses both medical and social needs.

Requirements
The Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric NP, Family NP with pediatric experience) or Physician Assistant program.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in Idaho.
- National board certification as NP (PNP, FNP) or PA (NCCPA).
- 0-1 medical professional liability claims with indemnity settlements in professional history.
- Minimum 2-4 years Pediatric primary care experience preferred.
- Current, Active Idaho Controlled Substance license.
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain before start).
- Current BLS (required); PALS preferred.
Your Essential Duties:
- Provides primary care visits per agreed upon FTE status.
- Maintains a program of comprehensive health for the pediatric population, to include preventive medicine, behavioral science and community health.
- Prepares and reviews medical histories and obtains data through interviews.
- Examines patients, formulates differential diagnostic plans, defines and orders required diagnostic testing. Interprets examination findings and test results and implements treatment plans.
