Charge Nurse
Are you an experienced healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and creating an exceptional patient experience? As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy specialty clinic, supporting providers and staff while ensuring efficient workflows, quality patient care, and a positive team culture.
Responsibilities- Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates
- Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group
Shift: Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to start as early as 7:00 a.m. or work until 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. as clinic needs require.
Team Highlights- Lead a well-established team of 22 employees supporting 14 providers in a fast paced specialty clinic seeing approximately 100 patients each day.

- Minimum 3 years' related clinic-based experience required
- 3 to 5 years of previous clinic management experience strongly preferred
