RN Registered Nurse

Shift differential of $3.50 (10p-6a)

Starting wage for new grad: $42.50/hr

Tuition Reimbursement available for full‑time employees.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes.
• Implement and interpret the department’s programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment to concentrate and decide.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in good standing, maintained throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
