Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct ongoing patient assessments, develop and revise care plans based on patient needs, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, reasoning, and teamwork skills.
- Implement department policies, exhibit a positive attitude, and maintain professionalism to support quality patient care and team collaboration.
