We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes,
assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Competence in delivering quality nursing care
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude
