We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:- delivering personalized patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
- providing clinical supervision and instruction to CNAs
Qualifications:- graduation from an accredited LPN program
- active licensure in the relevant state
- CPR certification
- preferred experience in skilled nursing
- ability to make independent decisions
- deliver competent nursing care
- exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- role includes shift differential pay
