Assistant Clinical Director

The Assistant Clinical Director leads clinical operations and provides direct patient care in home health and hospice settings. This hybrid role supports staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality improvement. The position offers a chance to advance leadership while remaining engaged in patient-centered care.

• Provide direct patient care in home health and hospice settings as needed
• Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and workflow coordination
• Support clinical staff through mentoring, education, and leadership guidance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Assist in maintaining compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Participate in care planning, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Support staff scheduling, patient assignments, and operational needs
• Help implement policies and procedures that promote patient-centered care
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and support staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills required
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with administrative leadership duties

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred
• Knowledge of home health and hospice regulations and standards preferred
