Health Services Coordinator (RN-BSN) coordinates school health services across PK-12 schools in the Coeur d'Alene area. Over a 36-week contract, the role ensures compliance with state regulations, manages health programs, and supports student wellness. The position offers competitive pay up to $65/hr and benefits that support professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise school health services in a PK-12 setting, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.

  • Collaborate with school administrators and nursing staff to develop and implement health programs and emergency plans.

  • Provide health assessments, manage medication administration, and support student wellness initiatives.

  • Oversee school nurses' activities, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.

  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents regarding health-related matters.

Qualifications:
  • RN-BSN degree or higher.

  • Valid RN license in Idaho.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in health services coordination, school health, or related field.

  • Strong supervisory skills for managing school nurses and health programs.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to school schedules.

  • Pass background checks.

  • Ability to supervise school nurses in a PK-12 setting.

  • Physical capability to perform health assessments and respond to emergencies.
