Bartender - Tito's Italian Grill

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time; evening and weekend availability required
• Experience: Prior serving and bartending experience strongly preferred
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs

• Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest‑first mindset
• Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly
• Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed
• Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready
• Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth

• Moves fast and keeps a cool head
• Can run drinks and tables without dropping the ball
• Reads a room and knows when to lean in—or back off
• Keeps things clean without being asked
