Parts Counter Associate

Job Responsibilities Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering

Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles

Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS)
Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience

Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing

Parts Counter Associate Qualifications1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred)
Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)Strong customer service & communication skills

Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful)
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
