At Home - 201 West Neider Avenue - Responsibilities:
Lead the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets in designated zones while maintaining visual integrity.;
Plan and execute the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to achieve visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, and guest engagement.;
Participate in freight processes, sort freight, and stock merchandise in designated areas including end caps.;
Maintain a neat, clean, organized zone with current signing and sets; ensure visual standards are upheld.;
Coach and train team members on visual priorities and creation of visual moments to support the customer experience.
