The Curated Closet in Coeur d'Alene,  looking for a passionate and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you love fashion, enjoy helping people find their perfect look, and thrive in a fun boutique environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that makes every customer feel confident and stylish. Must be able to work weekends, we are open until 5pm.

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to deliver an exceptional shopping experience
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and organized store floor sets
• Restock inventory and assist with receiving and tagging new merchandise
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Support loss prevention efforts by staying attentive to store activity

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Genuine passion for fashion, personal styling, and current trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
