Overview

As an Client Services Representative, you need to be motivated with a strong understanding of IT services to drive new business growth. This role will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with leadership to develop long-term client relationships. You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities with existing clients.

Location

This position with its responsibilities shall be performed remotely. However, candidates located in the Greater Conshohocken, Pennsylvania area shall be preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and present tailored solutions
  • Create and deliver proposals for managed services, projects, and licensing
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closing
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with existing customers
  • Present Colletti Tech’s services, focusing on managed IT solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Sales experience, 1 year preferred, of industry experience or equivalent
  • Degree related or equivalent education
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate Managed IT services and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with Fresh sales CRM is a plus)
  • Familiarity with IT services, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity is preferred
