Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area.

You will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big‑box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights and store activity to Retail Operations.
• Engage customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Support sales by meeting or exceeding personal sales goals.
• Document and report sales accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑year job experience.
• 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, outgoing personality.
• Eager to learn and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Experience in electronics, tech, or wireless customer service (plus).
• Training or product demonstration experience (plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capacity to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Monthly/weekly sales quota/goals met or exceeded.
• Satisfaction measured by low rejection percentages and complaints.
