Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Dual Director of Sales to lead strategic sales for two Coeur d’Alene hotels. You’ll drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR while building strong client relationships and guiding revenue strategy across market segments.
You will work with General Managers and regional leaders to maximize revenue, oversee proposals, contracts, and bookings, and train teams on sales initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustained growth.
