Account Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

We’re hiring an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive new sales through phone and email communication.

• Make sales calls to leads and current customers
• Complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of daily call time with clients and potential customers
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and email
• Meet or exceed daily call-time expectations to generate new sales
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

• Previous phone or in-person sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer literacy and strong typing skills
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Ability to conduct calls with respect, kindness, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer throughout the workday
