The Sales Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, role is responsible for meeting with customers in their homes or in the showroom to understand their needs, assess existing bathroom spaces, and propose design solutions aligned with Re-Bath standards. The consultant prepares detailed design plans, selects appropriate materials and finishes, and presents product options and pricing to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Daily tasks include managing inbound leads, conducting sales appointments, following up on proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role collaborates closely with installation and operations teams to ensure designs are feasible, timelines are clear, and the customer experience is smooth from initial consultation through project completion.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and relationship building.
- Proven ability in Sales, consultative selling, and closing residential remodeling projects.
- Experience or education in Interior Design, with an eye for space planning and bathroom layout.
- Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings relevant to bathroom design, including fixtures, finishes, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to interpret measurements, basic construction concepts, and project specifications.
- Comfort using CRM tools, scheduling software, and standard office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for in-home consultations.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in design, sales, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in home improvement, remodeling, or design-driven sales is highly beneficial.
