Job Details

Are you the kind of person who can’t walk past a machine without wanting to know how it works? Do you get a thrill from solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and being the hero who saves the day when equipment misbehaves? If so, we'd love to meet you!

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of the crew that keeps our manufacturing world spinning. Your mission (and yes, you’ll want to accept it): keep our equipment running like a champ, minimize downtime, and ensure our facility stays in peak working condition.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Jump into action with emergency repairs and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Keep machinery, equipment, and building systems in tip-top shape so production never skips a beat.
  • Rock your preventive maintenance routines—stopping problems before they start.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (we like shiny floors and tidy toolboxes!).
  • Read and interpret manuals, work orders, blueprints, and schematics like the technical wizard you are.
  • Install, move, and calibrate machines (think of it as high-tech Tetris).
  • Escort and oversee visiting service providers—no red carpet, but close.
  • Assist with building repairs, improvements, and those “hey, can you fix this?” moments.
  • Follow all safety rules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Reduce waste, improve efficiency, and keep things humming.
  • Operate overhead hoists and forklifts (must be certified!).
  • Bring a self-starter, can-do attitude that lifts the whole team.
  • Ensure all machinery, equipment, tooling, building structures, and facilities are always maintained and functioning properly.

Job Skills Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, including hydraulic/electric presses; injection molding experience is a plus.
  • Electrical certification, formal training, or journeyman’s license earns bonus points!
  • Solid communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Basic math skills (yes, fractions included!).
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities—you know when to power through and when to ask for help.
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, ERP software, etc.).
  • Ability to become forklift- and crane-certified.

  • PPE is required in designated areas: safety glasses and hearing protection.
  • Safety is our priority, and we provide the gear you need.
Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance.
