Widmyer Facilities in Idaho seeks a Multifamily Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity and appearance of the apartment community. You will diagnose and repair in-unit and common-area systems, perform preventive maintenance, and handle turnover tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents.
The role requires 2+ years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
