Position: Certified Nursing Assistant- Per Diem (Coeur d'Alene)

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with activities of daily living assistance, including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair, teeth and mouth, including denture and nail care; skin care and peri‑care; transferring patients from bed to chair, wheelchair, bedpan, commode and toilet.
  • Record observations of the client’s condition and report them to the agency director or accounts manager.
  • Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.
  • Assist with household tasks that are directly essential to the client’s personal care.
  • Function in any home situation regardless of the client’s age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.

Required Qualification
  • Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
State‑Specific Requirements
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and listed on the Idaho CNA registry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
  • 6+ months of home care experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. The hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $22.30 per hour for full‑time employment. Including benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution, all subject to eligibility requirements.
