Frontend Engineer; Angular​/TypeScript

Get Covered is a rapidly growing Prop Tech startup on a mission to modernize and simplify the insurance experience for renters and operators alike. We’re building scalable, modern web applications that solve real-world problems, and we’re expanding our India-based engineering team to help accelerate that mission.

We are looking for experienced Frontend Engineers with strong Angular and Type Script skills to join our team. You’ll play a key role in building dynamic, scalable, and performant user interfaces for our core applications.

• Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications using Angular and Type Script
• Collaborate with backend engineers to consume REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs
• Implement UI components with attention to detail, performance, and reusability
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and best practices
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency with Angular (v15+ preferred) and Type Script
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Experience with component libraries;
  Kendo UI experience is a big plus
• Familiarity with Docker and Nginx is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with UX/UI teams or designers
• Prior experience in Prop Tech, Fin Tech, or SaaS environments
