• Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain inventory checks
• Focus on safety while driving and delivering
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain the delivery truck according to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure)
• Perform other duties as needed

• Enjoy working independently, driving safely, and engaging face-to-face with customers
• Take pride in your work, prioritize safety, and reliability

• Are a student or retiree seeking flexible work schedules

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Handle cash transactions and process returns correctly
• Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
• Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Navigate using maps and directions throughout the metropolitan area
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
