- Develops and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner, ensuring a high true of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and meet the needs of the business.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to senior management.
