Internship Program

The White Cap Internship Program is designed to create an inclusive career experience that will positively impact your career and develop your skills. White Cap strives to support upcoming talent across the organization and values the opportunity to collaborate with near/newly graduated students looking to gain hands‑on experience in their desired career path. We have internships available in both our functional (corporate) and field (sales & branch) sectors of the business.

With our newly designed curriculum and enhancements to the Internship Program, we are excited for our next group of interns to join the organization. Not only will you work closely with those in your related field and learn from their expertise, but you will also have access to workplace trainings around time management, communication styles, workplace assessments, leadership development training sessions and much more.

Internship Program participants will experience:

• Hands‑on training tailored to your desired field (Marketing, Finance, Communication, Branch environment, Sales, and much more)
• Formal mentorship with a tenured White Cap associate/leader to enhance your overall development
• Ongoing trainings sessions around different topics to increase your effectiveness in any organization and throughout your career
• Opportunities to network with White Cap interns, associates, and leaders
• Intern projects that will be presented to White Cap leadership, creating exposure for you across the company
