It focuses on creating integrated digital strategies, including lead generation, targeted advertising, SEO, automation, and optimized web presence, to attract ideal clients and convert prospects into booked appointments, with an emphasis on measurable return on investment and long‑term business growth.

This is a partner-track position for a Senior Creative Partner responsible for owning and scaling the creative output of the business. The role begins with a hands‑on, execution‑driven focus, producing high‑quality video, ad, and design content, and evolves into leading and building a creative team as revenue and margins support it. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance‑based revenue share, with the potential for future equity or ownership based on individual performance, leadership, and company growth.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative roles for residential contractors or home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, outdoor living, etc.).
