Automation Engineer with experience in robot programming, Beckhoff TwinCAT, motion control, cobots, and industrial system integration
, you'll work on innovative manufacturing projects from concept through commissioning.
- Design, program, and integrate advanced robotic and automation systems for manufacturing applications.
- Develop PLC, HMI, and motion control software using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robots, collaborative robots, and Epson robotic systems.
- Integrate robots with machine vision, servo systems, sensors, conveyors, and peripheral equipment.
- Develop controls architecture, electrical I/O, and industrial communication networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus networks.
- Perform machine startup, commissioning, debugging, validation, and production support.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer installations.
- Create technical documentation including operating procedures, controls documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support and training for customers and production teams.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver successful automation solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or controls engineering.
- Experience programming PLCs and motion control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3.
- Hands-on experience integrating robotic automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
- Experience commissioning automated equipment in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

- Universal Robots (UR)
- FANUC CRX
- ABB Go Fa
- Machine vision systems
- Servo motion control
- EtherCAT
- Ethernet/IP
- Profinet
- Modbus
- Automated assembly equipment
