Responsibilities:
* Drive L4 opportunity development and prioritization
* Lead solution positioning and value-based selling
* Improve conversion rate from qualified opportunities to bookings
* Support LCO with structured pursuit and closure of complex digital deals
* working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts to deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Lead solution positioning and pre-sales activities for digital transformation initiatives in for OT customers
* Understand customer operational challenges across manufacturing plants, energy assets, utilities, and industrial operations.
* Translate OT pain points into value-driven digital solutions (e.g., connected operations, asset performance management, predictive maintenance, industrial analytics)
* Support local country sales teams in opportunity qualification, solution design, proposals, and customer presentations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in OT, industrial automation, or industrial digital solutions
* At least 5 years of experience in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or consulting role
* Proven track record in supporting or leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
* Strong exposure to industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, mining, or transportation
* Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, MES, historians, and industrial networks
* Familiarity with IIoT platforms, cloud and edge architectures, industrial data analytics, and OT cybersecurity
* Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value proposition
* Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in complex customer environments and cross-functional teams
