Sales Engineer, Digital Marketing

THE JOBAs a Swine Nutritionist, you will play a critical role in developing new products, launching first-to-market solutions, and supporting the sales team as they engage with the top 40 pork producers. You’ll be part of a highly respected technical team and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, quality, and procurement to bring science-based, research-backed products to market.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop new and innovative feed additive products for swine nutrition
- Collaborate with marketing to launch products and drive adoption
- Support and train the sales team with technical expertise
- Partner with sales, marketing, quality, and procurement on product positioning
- Engage with key customers to provide technical support and consultation
- Represent the company at trade shows and technical symposiums

- Lead research initiatives on new applications for existing products

- MS, PhD, or DVM in Swine Nutrition or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support or pork production
- Experience managing swine research projects
- Strong public speaking skills for customer presentations and training
- Ability to support the sales team with technical expertise
- Midwest-based candidate willing to travel up to 2 nights per week
