Job responsibilitiesAs a Supply Planning Manager for Parfums Christian Dior, you will be strategically managing and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure product availability while meticulously controlling costs.
You will be a pivotal force, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, including French production teams, US warehouse operations, and local Brand Sales and Marketing teams, to guarantee the seamless delivery of our established products catalog and exciting new Launches.
You will be accountable for maintaining robust inventory health, implementing proactive strategies, and leading initiatives that optimize stock quality and minimize financial impact.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supply planning Management
- Proactively monitor and optimize supply planning strategies and inventory levels to meet ambitious service targets.
- Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to Senior Leadership, HQ, and Brand partners, driving performance metrics such as OTIF, Service Level Fulfillment, Presence Rate, and Cuts.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for service disruptions, implementing robust preventative processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and challenge the Air/Sea (RAMA) ratio, actively seeking to minimize environmental impact from air shipments.
- Novelty Launch Execution & Coordination:
- Drive flawless execution of new product launches, translating allocation plans forecasted into actionable supply strategies.
- Proactively assess and mitigate delay risks, escalating alerts to Central and Local Management with strategic recommendations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional coordination with supply chain stakeholders to ensure comprehensive visibility and activate necessary levers for successful launches.
- Rigorously monitor consumption patterns and challenge forecast accuracy during critical launch periods (M1-M3), identifying early signals for demand adjustments, in partnership with the Forecaster Manager in the team.
- Lead the coordination of novelty projects, ensuring right execution with local and central stakeholders.
- Track and report KPIs on novelty execution, including on-time delivery, consumption rates, and air/sea shipment ratio, driving efficiency and responsiveness.
- Strategic Inventory Management:
- Champion inventory health, actively managing overstock, Days of Inventory/Coverage (DOI/DOC), and identifying unneeded inventory. Implement actions to mitigate obsolescence risks.
- Oversee the destruction process for short‑term obsolescence, suggesting alternative usage and meticulously monitoring destruction lists.
- Lead monthly Stock Reviews, projecting inventory levels and reporting projections, risks, and opportunities to Finance to master P&L impact.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related quantitative field. Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field is a plus.
