Press Brake Operator / Machine Operator

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Press Brake Operator for a local manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and is comfortable using both machinery and computers.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Full‑time, day shift
• Pay starting at $15.50 per hour
• Overtime available as needed

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical prints
• Basic computer skills; experience working with electronic systems
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred (press brake experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Other duties may be assigned to support operations
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check

• Operate press brake machinery and assist with production tasks
• Read and interpret job specifications and blueprints
• Input and adjust machine settings using electronic controls
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
