R&D Scientist

Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for an R&D Scientist on behalf of a growing food manufacturer in Indiana.

This role will support the formulation, development, and commercialization of new pet food products while also driving improvements to existing products and processes. The position offers exposure to product development, ingredient functionality, pet nutrition, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations.
