Equivalent to a high school education.

• Safe handling of food.
• Point of Sales Systems, retail sales, and inventory control methods.
• Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and communicate with the public and employees of the organization.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and fractions.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Make sound decisions and use good judgment.
