SUMMARY:

Perform various duties to ensure great customer service with a professional attitude.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Equivalent to a high school education.
• Knowledge: Safe handling of food; point of sale systems, retail sales, and inventory control methods; modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively and communicate with the public and employees of the organization.
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and fractions.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form; make sound decisions and use good judgment.

Regularly required to talk or hear, stand or walk for extended periods, use hands, reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work closely with others in field and office settings; irregular work hours; public interaction; noise level usually low.
